What the hell is Turbo Fire you're probably wondering?
Well... according to the website it is:

So I'm starting this tonight. I'm starting with the 5 Day Inferno program, because the program itself says this is a good way to kick-start your metabolism & get yourself right into the program. Plus - I'm gone to Vegas next Monday so can't really start the 12 week program until I'm here longer than a week.
How did I find out about Turbo Fire?
Here I am, sitting in my hotel room in Baltimore at a Natural Product's Trade Show and I see this infomerical...Yes Infomercial... I am NEVER one to buy off a tv ad, but Turbo Fire was something like I had never seen before. I immediatley ordered it and within 2 weeks it was at my door.
I decided to blog about it so others can see how the program is ~ according to me.
Who's Me?
I consider myself someone already in pretty good shape (I've got 2 full marathons & 3 half's under my belt) but someone how is always looking for another way to push myself. And let's be honest, running CAN get boring. Especially on the off-season why and I don't have my normal running group to train with. I do have a gym membership where I work out on the treadmill, eliptical or take the odd class as well at, but this too can get stale. I needed a change.
